How much does a personal trainer cost?


The average personal trainer session cost falls somewhere in the range of $60-$100 per hour, depending where you reside. Do you offer personal training for couples or groups?


Yes, we sure do. We offer couple personal training (partner training). This means that any two people can pair up, which can help make the cost of personal training more affordable. Similarly, we offer group training as well for more than 2 people.




Is a nutrition program included with the training session?


Our nutrition and health services are offered apart from our personal training. This is done through our Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach. You can learn more about our effective fitness nutrition coaching here.




Do you have a fitness and nutrition coach?


Yes, for those who want to hit two birds with one stone we do have a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach. Ask to speak with Allison.




What if I don't want to get 'big' from working out?


We have found that the majority of our clients are not working with us to get 'big' and 'bulky'. If that is your goal, we can certainly help. Most client's goals range from fat loss to, increasing strength, to correcting a specific body imbalance or rehabilitating an injury. If your health goal is to get as lean as possible, we have programs that we can offer centered around the primary determinant of body fat which is your diet. At Commit 2 Fit Club, we will work with you to determine what your fitness goals are and help you safely get there.




Do you offer training for powerlifting or bodybuilding?


Yes, you better believe it! Our trainers will help you with effective strength training strategies that actually work. We've also competed professionally so we'll share with you real-world techniques to getting the body you desire whether you want to compete or just look & feel your best.

Are you able to offer any life coaching programs?

Training Location

Does the personal trainer come to me?


Personal training sessions take place in our own location gym. But most of our personal trainers are happy to go to client's homes. The cost for travel time would vary depending on the distance from our gym location. Contact us to find out more.




Can I workout at your gym on my own?


Commit 2 Fit Club fitness training operates our own private gym in Ladner, BC. You are permitted to use the gym only during supervised sessions with a fitness trainer or group fitness class.





Group Training

What is group training or small group personal training?


Small group personal training is personal training for a group of 4-6 clients who have similar fitness goals. Having a small group helps to bring down the cost per person without diluting trainer instruction. We offer small group training to companies as well, we will customize a package that suits the individual needs of your company or work group. Contact us about our Corporate Fitness Program here.




How do you charge for small group training?


The cost for small group training ranges from $30-$39 per person for one hour, depending on the program and group size. Most programs run twice per week over a period of 12 weeks. Billing is weekly or as full payment up front.
